Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Individual Reservations

Payment Methods and Conditions
The full amount for accommodations must be paid upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card.
The hostel also accepts payments via proforma invoice for legal entities and organized groups.
Proforma invoices must be sent to the hostel’s official email address at least three (3) days before arrival and must include complete information about dates, number of guests, and requested services.

Extension of Stay and Additional Services
Any extension of stay and all additional services (e.g., use of the washing machine or dryer) must be settled in advance at the reception.

Long-Stay Discounts
Discounts are applied based on uninterrupted length of stay:

  • 7–14 days → 3%
  • 14–21 days → 5%
  • more than 21 days → 10%
    Discounts are not cumulative; only the highest applicable discount applies.

 

2. Group Reservations

Definition of a Group
A group reservation is a booking for ten (10) or more people under a single reservation.

Payment Terms
The full amount of a group reservation must be paid no later than seven (7) days before arrival.
If payment is not received by the deadline, the provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further obligations.

Group Discounts

  • 3% discount for groups with a minimum stay of three (3) nights
  • Up to 10% discount for larger groups and longer stays (subject to prior agreement)
  • Groups may also apply long-stay discounts as for individual reservations
    Discounts are not cumulative; only the highest applicable discount applies.

Additional Options

  • Rental of larger spaces (hall, classrooms) is possible by prior arrangement.
  • For groups over 50 people, additional meals (lunch or dinner) can be organized exceptionally and exclusively by prior written agreement.
  • The provider reserves the right to limit or refuse additional services if staffing, space, or organizational conditions do not allow.
  1. Cancellations and Changes to Reservations

Cancellation Deadlines (applies to individual and group reservations)

  • 15 days or more before arrival → cancellation free of charge
  • 14–7 days before arrival → 50% of the reservation value charged
  • Less than 7 days before arrival → 100% of the reservation value charged

No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the day of arrival and does not cancel according to the cancellation deadlines, it is considered a no-show.
In this case, the full amount of the first night or the entire reservation (if specified in the terms) will be charged. After a no-show, the reservation is considered canceled.

Early Check-Out
If a guest checks out early, already paid nights cannot be refunded.
At least one additional night from the day of departure will be charged, and for longer reservations, a proportion of remaining nights or a fixed fee may be applied according to hostel policy.

Changes in Number of Guests (Group Reservations)
Reducing the number of guests in a group is considered a partial cancellation and the above cancellation deadlines apply.
Increasing the number of guests is only possible with prior confirmation and depends on bed availability. Additional guests will be charged according to the current price list.

4. Special Requests
For special arrangements, customized packages, or additional services, please contact us directly.
Provision of additional services is not guaranteed and depends on staff availability, capacity, and other organizational conditions.

5. Prices and Tourist Tax
All prices include VAT.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and is charged additionally according to the valid municipal regulation.
