Payment and Reservation Rules in the Hostel

1. Individual Reservations

Advance Payment: A deposit of 15% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and mobile payments.
Final Payment: The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival. On the day of arrival, the full amount can be paid in cash.
Extension of Stay and Additional Services: Any extension of stay or additional services, such as the use of the washing and drying machines, must be paid for in advance at the reception.
Cancellation Policy:

• If the reservation is cancelled between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax) will be charged.

• If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax) will be charged.

• The same rules apply in case of changes in the number of guests.

2. Group Reservations

Group Definition: Reservations for 8 or more people are considered group reservations.
Deposit and Payment:

• For groups of up to 50 people, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• For larger groups, a 50% deposit is required.

• The full amount must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
  Group Discounts:

• 3% discount for groups staying at least 3 nights.

• Up to 10% discount for large groups with longer stays.
  Additional Options: Groups may rent larger spaces such as halls and classrooms by prior arrangement with the tourism department manager.
